Use this section to manage email drafts from creation through review, send, schedule, retry, templates, signatures, and sent/open tracking. Most draft workflows start in Drafts. Drafts may come from post-call generation, proactive deal follow-up surfacing, manual compose flows, or Ergo Chat. Review AI-written content before sending unless your workspace has explicitly enabled an advanced auto-send configuration for a narrow workflow.

Who this section is for

  • Sales reps reviewing their own follow-up drafts.
  • Managers and RevOps teams configuring templates, signatures, team visibility, and post-call draft settings.
  • Admins troubleshooting failed draft generation, stale email grants, or send failures.

Before you start

  • Connect the user’s email account before sending or scheduling from Ergo.
  • Connect calendar and notetaker sources before relying on post-call draft creation.
  • Confirm the user has access to Drafts and any org-wide draft viewer controls your workspace uses.
  • Treat generated copy as a starting point. Check recipients, subject, body, thread choice, attachments, and signature before sending.
