How to use these docs

  • Start with setup when a source, role, or workflow has not been configured yet.
  • Complete setup in dependency order: connect email and calendar, configure the notetaker, then finish CRM field mapping before expecting CRM updates.
  • Use workflow articles when the product surface is visible but the next action is unclear.
  • Use troubleshooting articles when something is missing, failed, duplicated, already handled manually, or access denied.
  • For access issues, separate wrong-account selection from organization or IT permission blocks before retrying.
  • Treat examples as generalized patterns; share customer-specific screenshots, error codes, and account context only in your support channel.
