Ask better questions

  • Name the customer, account, deal, meeting, report, document, or date range you want Ergo to use.
  • Ask for the output you need, such as next steps, risks, call prep, a follow-up draft, a pipeline review, or a short summary.
  • Tell Ergo what to exclude when stale, internal, or unrelated context would make the answer worse.
  • Review cited sources, draft cards, CRM action cards, and generated files before acting on the result.

When to get help

  • You cannot find the expected account, meeting, draft, report, or CRM record.
  • A source is disconnected, stale, duplicated, or attached to the wrong record.
  • You cannot access a page or workflow that someone expected you to use.
  • A draft, CRM update, report, or generated answer looks wrong after you checked the underlying source context.

What to include

  • The affected Ergo account, user, integration, object, meeting, draft, report, and approximate time window.
  • The prompt or workflow you used, plus the result you expected.
  • The checks you already tried and screenshots that do not expose sensitive data.
