Product screenshot showing reporting dashboards, filters, sharing, and report controls. Use notetaker adoption dashboards to understand whether customer-facing conversations are being captured by the expected recording source. Do not use them as a perfect attendance or compliance ledger without checking the source context.

Check the source first

Meetings can appear differently depending on whether they came from:
  • Ergo Notetaker.
  • Ergo Desktop recording.
  • Third-party notetakers or imported recordings.
  • Meetings that were not captured or were not processed.
If a dashboard is tracking Ergo Notetaker usage, a meeting captured by another source may not mean the rep failed to use Ergo.

Common edge cases

  • Internal meetings may be intentionally skipped.
  • Some meetings may be filtered out by title, source, user, team, or time range.
  • Rescheduled or recurring meetings can be represented differently from one-off meetings.
  • A meeting may be captured but not yet processed.
  • A user may have calendar, notetaker, or desktop setup issues outside Reporting.
  • Shared dashboard viewers may not have access to the full source detail.

Review adoption safely

  1. Check the dashboard time range.
  2. Check user and team filters.
  3. Compare meeting source before counting a miss.
  4. Review processing status for recent meetings.
  5. Use source evidence before coaching a rep on a specific meeting.

What not to conclude

  • Do not assume every uncaptured internal meeting is a failed adoption event.
  • Do not assume a missing reporting row means the meeting never happened.
  • Do not assume a shared dashboard contains every detail available to an authenticated manager.
