Product screenshot showing meeting history, notetaker status, and manual meeting capture. Use notetaker settings to control whether post-call summary emails are sent and whether those emails include a button to view the recording.

Settings to check

  • Send post-call summary email controls whether the user receives summary emails for completed meetings.
  • Include view recording button controls whether those emails include a recording link when a shareable recording is available.
  • Some org-level defaults can be set by admins, but users may still need to verify their own settings.

What to expect

  • Summary email delivery depends on meeting processing, transcript availability, and configured email settings.
  • The recording link is a share/view link. It does not bypass meeting visibility, sharing, or password rules.
  • Private meetings can omit or revoke share links depending on privacy state.

Troubleshooting

  • If no email arrives, check whether the meeting completed and whether summary emails are enabled.
  • If the email has no recording link, check whether the meeting is private, whether the recording exists, and whether the include-link setting is enabled.
  • If a recipient cannot open the link, review meeting sharing and access rules.
