How it works
- The setting is stored in your notetaker configuration.
- Internal-only detection is based on attendee email domains that are configured as internal for your workspace.
- When every attendee on a calendar event matches an internal domain, Ergo skips dispatching the bot for that event.
- When enabled, Ergo can cancel already scheduled internal meeting bots and mark those events as user-unscheduled.
- The setting affects bot scheduling. It does not delete existing completed meeting records.
Turn it on or off
- Open the notetaker settings menu from the upcoming meetings area.
- Toggle Skip internal meetings.
- Recheck upcoming meetings that were already scheduled, especially calls starting soon.
What to verify
- The attendees on the calendar event reflect who is actually joining.
- Internal domains are configured for every domain your company uses.
- External customer calls are not skipped because invitees are missing, using a generic email address, or the calendar event is incomplete.
- Existing records and drafts are reviewed separately from the scheduling setting.
