- Whether the disclaimer is enabled in notetaker settings.
- Whether your org has separate legal or customer-communication requirements.
- Whether the host or meeting platform also announces recording.
Important caveats
- The setting does not replace your obligation to follow applicable consent laws or company policy.
- The disclaimer is a notice; it does not collect attendee acknowledgment.
- The bot can still require waiting-room admission.
- Recording-disclaimer state is separate from summary-email settings and meeting sharing settings.
