Use manual notes when

  • The call was not recorded.
  • You want to capture customer context from a live conversation.
  • You need to add attendees, CRM records, or structured notes by hand.

What you can do

  • Create and edit notes.
  • Link notes to a calendar event or CRM record when the UI supports it.
  • Share notes through the note sharing flow.
  • Push notes to automation workflows where available.

Caveats

  • Manual notes are not the same as a bot transcript.
  • AI outputs depend on the text and context you provide.
  • Visibility follows note and meeting-note access rules, not every meeting history rule.
