What you can do
- Create and edit notes.
- Link notes to a calendar event or CRM record when the UI supports it.
- Share notes through the note sharing flow.
- Push notes to automation workflows where available.
Caveats
- Manual notes are not the same as a bot transcript.
- AI outputs depend on the text and context you provide.
- Visibility follows note and meeting-note access rules, not every meeting history rule.
