What to expect

  • Answers can include source snippets or timestamp-style support depending on the view.
  • It is scoped to the meeting record and the customer context Ergo can access for that record; it is not a replacement for global search or reporting.
  • Shared meeting chat can have separate authentication, rate limit, and message-count behavior from internal meeting chat.
