Before you start

  • Connect HubSpot first.
  • Confirm the meeting is visible in Ergo and has a recording link before expecting a HubSpot link.
  • Confirm the HubSpot record match and the configured activity destination.

Steps

  • Open the meeting in Ergo and confirm the meeting is processed.
  • Check the matched HubSpot deal, company, or contact.
  • Review the HubSpot activity/link workflow with your admin.
  • If the link is missing, check record matching before assuming HubSpot sync failed.

What to expect

  • HubSpot activity output depends on the connected HubSpot account, record matching, and the configured CRM write path.
  • Ergo should not promise a recording link on every HubSpot record. Meetings without a recording, unmatched records, or blocked HubSpot permissions can prevent the link from appearing.
  • If your team uses custom HubSpot properties or activities, validate the exact destination during setup.

Common issues

  • The meeting did not process or does not have a recording link.
  • The HubSpot record was not matched to the meeting.
  • HubSpot permissions or activity configuration block the write.
