Before you start
- Confirm the app is signed in as the expected user.
- Keep the app open long enough for settings and update checks to complete.
- Review whether your workspace uses auto-record detected meetings.
Steps
- Open Desktop settings.
- Confirm the authenticated user.
- Review recording and capture-related settings.
- If your team uses auto-recording, confirm the desktop notetaker configuration allows detected-meeting recording.
- Check whether a newer app version is available through the approved update/download path.
- If the in-app update path is unavailable or blocked, download the current app again from the approved Ergo download path.
- Sign out only when you are ready to clear the local authenticated session.
