Product screenshot showing pipeline views, filters, deal health, and CRM context. Use the selector at the top of Deals to choose a CRM pipeline or the Companies option. Pipeline selection and view selection are separate: the pipeline or Companies option controls the source scope, while built-in and saved views control filters and layout.

Who can use this

  • Sales reps, account owners, managers, RevOps, and admins working from pipeline and account context.

Before you start

  • Connect CRM and complete field mapping before relying on CRM writeback.
  • Check pipeline, view, filter, ownership, and record matching before assuming a record is missing.
  • Confirm Deals access is enabled for your workspace; contact your admin or Ergo support if you do not see it.

Steps

  • Use the top selector to choose a CRM pipeline or Companies.
  • Use view tabs for Ergo View, Deals, This Week, Follow-Ups, reminder-oriented views when enabled, or saved custom views.
  • Switch between kanban and list when you need a different layout for the same scope.
  • Check URL parameters and active filters before sharing a board state.

What to expect

  • Choosing Companies switches from deal-pipeline controls to the company board.
  • Built-in views can have stored preferences for board or list layout.
  • Custom views can persist filters, view type, hidden stages, and layout choices.

Common issues

  • The selected pipeline does not contain the record.
  • The selector is on Companies, not a deal pipeline, or the reverse.
  • A custom view or built-in tab is applying filters you did not expect.
