- Check pipeline, view, filter, ownership, and record matching before assuming a record is missing.
- Confirm Deals access is enabled for your workspace; contact your admin or Ergo support if you do not see it.
Steps
- Open the deal or company detail page.
- Read the overview alongside health, activity, emails, meetings, and CRM fields.
- Check activity, email, meeting, CRM, and connected-source sections for the evidence behind important claims.
- Ask follow-up questions only when you have confirmed the context is current enough.
What to expect
- Deal and company overviews can be generated at a point in time and may not reflect activity that Ergo has not indexed yet.
- Overview quality depends on source availability and record matching.
- Overviews should not be treated as complete or final without source review.
Common issues
- Recent activity is missing from the associated deal or company, or an overview has not been generated yet.
- The overview is summarizing the company while you expected deal-specific context, or the reverse.
- Source records are duplicated or mismatched.
