Before you start

- Check the selected pipeline or Companies view, saved view, search, filters, ownership, and matching before treating a record as missing.
- Treat AI summaries, health, drafts, and reminders as review surfaces. They reflect the source activity Ergo has indexed, so verify source activity before making broad CRM changes.
