Before you start

  • Connect the CRM before relying on CRM-backed records. Complete field mapping before relying on CRM writeback of mapped or AI-extracted fields.
  • Confirm your workspace has Deals enabled; contact your admin or Ergo support if you do not see it.
  • Check the selected pipeline or Companies view, saved view, search, filters, ownership, and matching before treating a record as missing.
  • Treat AI summaries, health, drafts, and reminders as review surfaces. They reflect the source activity Ergo has indexed, so verify source activity before making broad CRM changes.
