Product screenshot showing Ergo AI chat, sources, actions, and scheduled runs. Search finds relevant indexed content across supported source types. It is access-aware and source-dependent, so missing results can mean missing access, missing sync, or a query/filter mismatch.

Who can use this

  • Users searching for prior meetings, emails, or uploaded documents.
  • Managers reviewing source context before asking Ergo to summarize.

Before you start

  • Connect the source you expect to search.
  • Enter at least two characters in the search box.
  • Confirm the user has access to the relevant meetings, email threads, or documents.

Steps

  • Open Search.
  • Enter a query.
  • Optionally filter by source type or attendee.
  • Review each result’s text, source type, route, document name, date, deal IDs, and other metadata when shown.
  • Open the underlying record before relying on a result.
  • Use pagination controls when there are more results.

What to expect

  • Supported search entity filters include meeting, email thread, and user document.
  • Results can include a route to the underlying entity when Ergo can link it.
  • Search results are paginated, with a default page size of 20 in the current UI.
  • Search freshness depends on source ingestion and indexing.
  • Search does not bypass permissions.

Common issues

  • The query is shorter than two characters.
  • A filter excludes the result.
  • The source has not synced or indexed yet.
  • The record exists but the user does not have access.
  • A result has useful text but no direct route.
