Product screenshot showing Ergo AI chat, sources, actions, and scheduled runs. The Follow-ups surface is for reviewing and acting on follow-up work. It is distinct from Scheduled Agent Runs, which run saved prompts on a schedule.

Who can use this

  • Reps reviewing follow-up opportunities.
  • Managers looking at deal follow-up coverage.

Before you start

  • Confirm the Follow-ups route or feature flag is enabled for your workspace.
  • Connect the deal, email, meeting, and CRM sources needed for follow-up context.
  • Decide whether the next step is a draft email, deal review, reminder, or CRM update.

Steps

  • Open Follow-ups when it is available in the navigation.
  • Review the visible follow-up items or deal follow-up view.
  • Open the related deal or draft before sending anything.
  • Create, edit, or send follow-up emails from the Drafts workflow when needed.
  • Use reminders or dismissals according to your team’s process.

What to expect

  • Follow-up visibility can depend on feature flags and workspace configuration.
  • Follow-up suggestions depend on recent deal and communication context.
  • Follow-ups are not the same as scheduled agent runs.
  • A follow-up item should be reviewed before it becomes an outbound email or CRM update.

Common issues

  • The Follow-ups nav item is hidden because the feature is not enabled.
  • A follow-up item is stale because newer communication has not synced.
  • The user expects a scheduled run to create the same item as the Follow-ups panel.
  • A draft exists in Drafts but not in the Follow-ups view.
